Election Results

At the 26th ordinary Annual General Meeting, which was held on 17 June 2017 in Luxembourg, the following persons were re-elected as Directors of AMFIE for a period of 2 years :

- Mr. Stéphane Argyropoulos
- Mr. Jean-Pierre Cébron
- Mr. Paul Gervis
- Mr. Xavier Roblin

The composition of the board of directors is now as follows

- President Mr. Stéphane Argyropoulos
- Vice-President Ms Rita Umeh-Okoyeocha
- Secretary General Ms Adrienne Hervé
- Treasurer Mr. Claude Tibi
- Members Mr. Jean-Pierre Cébron, Mr. Daniel Henquet, Mr. Paul Gervis and Mr. Xavier Roblin

At the 7th extraordinary General Meeting, which was held after the Annual General Meeting, 99.97% of votes present or represented at the meeting were cast in favour of the amendments of the Statutes and,as a result, the amendments were adopted.
